If using your lights, gather working outdoor-rated strands and accessories for review. Identify accessible outdoor power and tell Blake about gates, pets and access. Confirm the final design, measured footage, price and January removal option.

Operating limits and safe connections depend on the specific products. Do not exceed manufacturer ratings or make electrical alterations. Leave roof access and installation planning to the crew.

Describe the problem, when you noticed it, and whether it changes with weather. Gather roof age, prior repair information and any available measurement report. Take photos from safe ground-level locations; do not climb for this checklist. Ask about the full roof system, cleanup, ventilation evaluation and written exclusions. Review actual warranty terms and applicable HOA or permit requirements.
